Frank Nierhoff

Frank Nierhoff first came to Costa Rica in 1994. Along with his sister Anette Nierhoff they founded the 'Asociación Intercambio Cultural ALEGRIA - AICA' which, since 2002, has organized festivals, concerts and other events to benefit ecological and social projects.
Because of this, the idea was born to provide regular support for the local schools and to help the environmental projects recruit volunteers.
